At this time, this is the only way to book a custom order with me - however, I am open to accepting larger projects outside of the bounds of the waitlist. If you have a dream project in mind, please reach out!

Once you sign up, I will send out periodic emails that will notify you about when my books open back up - they will include a date and time for each “drop,” at which time a limited number of order slots will be opened. Deposits can be placed on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be made available to those on my waitlist.

If you have a specific date by which you’d like a piece completed, I try my best to honor any hard deadlines (within reason, of course)! This can be discussed once a deposit has been secured.

This entirely depends on the scope of the order and where you fall on the waitlist! The general estimate for order completion is 6 to 8 weeks, though that can vary with order volume. As a safe bet, reach out to me as early as possible! I do my best to accommodate all deadlines within reason, so just drop me a line if you have a date by which you need your order completed.

I always try to accommodate if you need your order by a certain date, as long as it is within reason! I do accept rush orders for an additional fee, which is determined by the length of my existing waitlist and the scope of the project itself. The earliest rush order that can be accommodated is 2 weeks from order date, simply due to the nature of the pieces I make.

Deposits are not refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. For this reason, I ask that you reach out to me via the custom inquiry form prior to making a deposit - this way we can both be sure that you don’t forfeit any money prior to having all the necessary information!

Yes! I’ve shipped to Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America so far with no issues (don’t worry, I have plenty of wood to knock on!). However, some find international shipping be cost-prohibitive as the customer pays all shipping/customs fees. I can provide you with a general shipping quote if this is a concern!
